*~Getting through the day*~

Sometimes when I am having a bad day, there is a quote that I read and I feel okay again. Some people view it to be something pessimistic or rude. But it helps me so I will share.

"I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to get go, things go wrong so that you can appreciate them when they are right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together."

Take it anyway that you wish....but it helps me to understand why things go wrong.

Pondering

Sometimes I wonder why life seems so hard and why everything seems so far fetched. We work so hard only to be disappointed and sometimes we feel that all of our hard work has no point. I always hear someone say that if you work hard you receive great rewards. But how long do you have to work? It seems to come to easy to people who could care less...then there are the group of us that work day in and day out and never get anywhere. When do we get our break?

As I read this, I look at my dreams and it all makes sense. Everyone has their dreams but it seems nobody understands how bad we want that dream to come true. You feel so strongly that you feel no one could ever understand. Just remember this, we all have our dreams big and small, so when you decide to finally chase that dream, let nothing stop you. This will be the first day to the rest of your life. Dream BIG...Dream small...it does not matter what you dream, as long as you live it.

So it seems I have more connections than I thought!! My very good friend is from Cali and has a friend thats an agent. She also has a brother in law (ok step brother in law) that is a producer. AAAAAND I have a close family friend that owns a photography studio that will help me with pics for my portfolio. I feel things are closer than ever!! At least I will take the chance and never have to wonder "what might have been." As I always say " What's meant to be will always find a way." I hope I find my way...and I hope you find yours.

I want to learn

Ok so since I was a little girl I always wanted to be on Broadway!! Then not soon after the realization hit me that " I CANT SING!!" But the passion for being on stage or on the screen never left me. The Dallas area does not seem to offer much when it comes to acting. I have gone to scouting sessions but it all seems fake. I want the REAL chance....But that does not come easy with a husband and family to take care of. I need help from anyone who will give it. What can I do to live my dream and get a chance? I dont care about fame or money. I care about just trying....We all deserve a chance right? And life isnt worth living without chances. I am reaching out to anyone who is willing to help me...Please!!!! Hilarie...I think you are great...You make me believe in myself!! You rock!!
